WHO WE ARE................... The Blues Alliance of the Treasure Coast, Inc., is a tax- exempt, non-profit organization under the laws governed by the Internal Revenue Service of the United States of America. The Blues Alliance of the Treasure Coast is proud to say that we have met all standards under the title, 501(c)(3) and are compliant thereof. The Blues Alliance of the Treasure Coast, Inc., is certified with Florida Department of State , Division of Corporations.
The Blues Alliance of the Treasure Coast is comprised of musicians, vocalists, song writers and people who just love music, especially the blues. The Blues Alliance supports all types of music, however, blues is the basis of our organization. It is the "life's blood" of why we, the officers, board and members volunteer to work hard to get our word out............ the word is the "BLUES." As a member of the Alliance, your name goes into our registry. You can get the news of "what's happening" by going into our web site at www.bluesalliance.org. You will meet many new, interesting and very talented neighbors and friends at our meetings and events. If you write and wish to contribute to our reviews, educational or news articles you may do so. As a Corporate Sponsor, you receive news and web site recognition and........ If you are a club owner meetings can be planned at your establishment and a jam can be planned after a meeting, if feasible and at a nominal fee. Bands and musicians that have a web site are welcomed to link with our web site. We welcome samples of your music and photos of your band. Send your schedules so the general membership can be e-mailed. Membership revenue goes to many fine community projects such as the "R. Dale Trefelner" Scholarship Fund, and the "Let Us Play" Program. Benefits have been done to help out a musician in need. The Blues Alliance of the Treasure Coast is happy to say that we network with other music organizations, locally, in the State of Florida and in the Nation to help promote music and the blues. The Blues Alliance of the Treasure Coast is a proud member of The National Blues Foundation, listed in The Blues Festival Guide and a participating member of the IBC. The Blues Alliance Of The Treasure Coast Sponsorship Incentive Program
The Blues Alliance of the Treasure Coast's Incentive Program is a program designed to enhance our "R.Dale Treflner/Music Scholarship" Fund "Levels of Sponsorship" Program was instituted by Board Member, Danny Lehrman. Your donation goes directly to our Scholarship Account. Each year these funds are used toward two $500.00 scholarships to Indian River Community College Music Department. This is given to two worthy music students.

"Let Us Play Program"
The "Let Us Play Program", was instituted in 2004. It is a new venture for the Blues Alliance of the Treasure Coast. It's aim is to provide used or new musical instruments, free of cost, to students who can not afford to buy or rent their own and would otherwise be left out of functions. We accept donations from the public! We will be contacting schools in the quad-county area, and wish to work with the most needy children. This program is on a limited basis and will progress as we receive donations. Contact our Hot Line at (772)- 467-1851 to donate an instrument or if you know someone in need.

In groups of about five, children can make an appointment to be shown through a state of the art audio, recording studio.
